What is SVG to JPG Converter?

When you need a JPG version of an SVG — for an email signature, a thumbnail in a system that requires JPG, or sharing a graphic with someone whose tools don't support SVG — this tool rasterises the SVG and fills the background with white (since JPG can't carry transparency).
